This is the recipe for the scones served at the All Time Restaurant in Los Feliz and taken from their cookbook. These make delicious scones and they really do freeze very well. My only note on them is that I think they call for too much butter. I plan on reducing the butter in future attempts and seeing how it goes. For my next attempt, I plan to use 1/2 cup less butter.
