Rob’s Pizza Dough

This is a basic dough recipe that I have made a few modifications to.

Rob's Pizza Dough

  • Total time: 2 Hours 30 Minutes
  • Servings: 4 Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Warm (110°F) Water
  • 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 Cups Flour (approximate)

Directions

  • 1)

    Add yeast, sugar, and oil to water. Let sit for 5-10 minutes to activate yeast.

  • 2)

    Mix salt and flour together and add to yeast mixture.

  • 3)

    Knead and let rise til double in size.

  • 4)

    Divide in half. Roll each out and put into pizza pan

  • 5)

    Add pizza sauce, cheese and toppings.

  • 6)

    Brush edges of crust with olive oil or butter to keep it from drying out.

  • 7)

    Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
