Puff Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 2/3 Cups Sugar
  • 6 Eggs

Directions

  • 1)

    Melt Butter in 9×13 pan.

  • 2)

    Blend remaining ingredients then pour into pan.

  • 3)

    Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes, then turn down oven to 350°F and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  • 4)

    Serve with buttermilk syrup.
