Pork Roast

  • Total time: 5 Hours
  • Servings: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 4 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Garlic, minced or pressed
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

  • 1)

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • 2)

    Mix the oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Spread it over the pork.

  • 3)

    Set meat on a rack in roasting pan.  Roast for 20 minutes.

  • 4)

    Reduce heat to 325°F and cook for about 4 hours (thermometer should read 185°F).

  • 5)

    Let stand for 30 minutes.
