Mom's No-Bake Cookies

  • Total time: 2 Hours
  • Servings: 2 Dozen

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 6 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Directions

  • 1)

    Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, careful not to burn. Stir.

  • 2)

    Remove from heat and add vanilla.

  • 3)

    Stir in oats and coconut.

  • 4)

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.

  • 5)

    Chill.
