Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1 Pint Whipping Cream, divided
  • 1 Pkg (6 serving size) Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/4 tsp Banana Extract
  • 3 Ripe Bananas, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Clear Gel (stabilizes whipped cream)
  • 1 Prebaked Basic Pie Crust

Directions

  • 1)

    Mix milk, 1/2 cup whipping cream, pudding mix, and extract until smooth.

  • 2)

    Fold in sliced bananas and pour mixture into baked shell.

  • 3)

    Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar and clear gel. Pipe onto filling.

    Chill at least 1 hour.
