Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 Pint Whipping Cream, divided
- 1 Pkg (6 serving size) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1/4 tsp Banana Extract
- 3 Ripe Bananas, sliced
- 3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Clear Gel (stabilizes whipped cream)
- 1 Prebaked Basic Pie Crust
Directions
- 1)
Mix milk, 1/2 cup whipping cream, pudding mix, and extract until smooth.
- 2)
Fold in sliced bananas and pour mixture into baked shell.
- 3)
Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar and clear gel. Pipe onto filling.
- 4)
Chill at least 1 hour.
