Sweet Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 Chicken Breasts or Boneless Skinless Wings
  • 1/2 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

Directions

  • 1)

    In small mixing bowl, combine mustard, maple syrup, and vinegar and stir well.

  • 2)

    Add mixture and chicken to 1 gallon freezer bag, remove air, seal, and freeze for up to 3 months.

  • 3)

    Thaw overnight in the fridge. Dump into a baking pan. Bake at 450ºF for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.

  • 4)

    Alternative: Grill the chicken on the barbecue.
