The drink, though, is not American but French, albeit from Harry’s New York Bar in Paris.”

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 oz Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz Grenadine
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Lemon Zest Twist, for garnish
Directions
- 1)
Add all the ingredients (except the garnish) to a shaker tin filled with ice and shake.
- 2)
Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
- 3)
Fold your lemon twist over the top to expel the oils, then use as a garnish.
