Rosa Parks' Featherlite Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Flour
- 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/4 Cups Milk
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Melted Shortening or Oil
Directions
- 1)
Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- 2)
Mix the egg, milk, peanut butter and shortening or oil. Combine with dry ingredients.
- 3)
Cook at 275°F on griddle.
