Rob's Crepes

  • Total time: 30 Minutes
  • Servings: 2-4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Directions

  • 1)

    Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix out all lumps as much as possible. May want to sift flour to minimize lumps.

  • 2)

    Pour mixture in buttered or greased skillet (butter is better) in 1/4 cup portions.

  • 3)

    Flip crepes over.

  • 4)

    Best served rolled up with butter and sugar.

My basic recipe. I will often triple or quadruple this recipe when making crepes for dinner for my family.
