Pull-Apart Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 18-20 Frozen Rhodes Rolls
  • 1 Package Cook & Serve Butterscotch Pudding
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • Pecans (if you choose and the amount you like)
  • 1/4 to 1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk

Directions

    Combine the pudding, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted. Add 1/4-1/3 cup of evaporated milk. Stir in pecans.

    In a WELL greased/sprayed bundt pan layer the rolls and the sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or 8+ hours. Remove from fridge and place on counter for 30-45 minutes. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

Notes

Tiffany’s changes: I put the rolls in the fridge for 2-4 hours before I layer with the sauce. I also cut them in half each. Then I combine them with the sauce and depending on my timeline I put them back in the fridge for a while or turn my oven on and leave them on the stove area until they have doubled in size. You just need to get them to rise before baking.
