Overnight Butter Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Yeast
- 2 Cups Lukewarm Water
- 1 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 8-9 Cups Flour
Directions

Mix yeast with sugar and water. Add melted margarine, sugar and eggs. Mix well.

Sift flour and salt. Add to other ingredients. Mix well.
- 3)
Let rise two hours. Punch down and put in fridge overnight.
- 4)
Separate dough into four equal parts.
- 5)
Roll each part in a large circle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush with margarine. Cut each circle into twelve triangles. Roll each triangle into a crescent roll starting with wide end.
- 6)
Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise 3-4 hours.
- 7)
Bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
