Mini Pumpkin Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 Can (15 oz) Pumpkin
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 Pie Crusts

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°F.

    Combine pumpkin, eggs, milk, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

  • 3)

    Using a circular mold or jar, cut pie crust. Ideally you need a 3-4 inch mold. A wide mouth jar is 3″.

    Using a pie crust mold cutter, cut out cute patterns.

  • 5)

    Add pie crust to cupcake pan.

  • 6)

    Add pie filling.

  • 7)

    Add cute pie crust garnishes to top.

  • 8)

    Bake for 30 minutes at 400°F.
