Crockpot Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Cubes
  • 4 Carrots, sliced
  • 4 Red Potatoes, cut into large cubes
  • 1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 (8 oz) Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 (10 oz) Package Frozen Green Peas

Directions

  • 1)

    Add all ingredients to 1 gallon freezer bag and mix together. Remove air, seal, and freeze for up to 3 months. Note: it’s a good idea to double-bag this because it fills the bag to the brim.

    To cook, thaw overnight in refrigerator or run under warm water for a few minutes.

  • 3)

    Add contents of freezer bag to crockpot and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours or on low for 7 to 10 hours.
